Issuers
The issuer is the legal entity issueing one or more products.
The issuer object always contains of a legal_person and a natural_person who acts on behalf the legal_person as well as the issuer's bank_account.
To create an issuer the following steps need to be followed:
Log into the Cashlink Studio and head to the "Issuers"-Tab. Here you can click on the "Add issuer" button.
"Issuers"-Tab including the "Add issuer" button The following issuer data needs to be entered:
Company name of the issuer
Name of the commercial register
Commercial register number
Registration number in the commercial register
Address of the issuing company
Bank account number of issuing company
Name of the account holder
Currency of the bank account
Country in which the bank is located
Commercial Register Statement
Extract out of the commercial register
Document detailing the shareholders of the issuer
Company data including name, commercial register and address Banking information and data regarding the CEO of the issuer Commercial register and list of shareholders Click on the "Add"-Button to finish the issuer creation.
After adding the issuer it will be listed in the "Issuers"-Tab.
Overview of all issuers the useraccount has access to Clicking onto an issuer shows all of the information you entered for the issuer:
Information of the issuer, including company data and number of products linked to the issuer Information of the CEO, bank account and products created using that issuer entity After the issuer is created you can continue with the product creation.
