Redemptions

During the redemption payment phase of the redemption process, you need to delete amounts from the issuer wallet address after the payment has been successful. You can only delete amounts that are stored on the issuer wallet address set up for the product.

To delete an amount for a product from the issuer wallet address click on go to the "Redemptions" page and click on "Add redemption".

A modal opens where you can select the product and the number of units that should get deleted. The issuer wallet address is shown here as the source address as a reference. Click on "Add" to start the redemption task.

You can now find the redemption in the redemptions table. The initial task status is "Processing".

As soon as the redemption of the units are processed the status changes to "Successful".
