Products
After an issuer was created you can start the product creation process.
Head to the "Products"-tab in the Cashlink Studio and click on the "Add product"-button.
A modal appears telling you which information will be needed.
Once you have all of the information at hand, start the process by clicking on "Start product creation".
The following data needs to be entered:
Issuer
Select the issuer of the product
Product name
Name of the product
Product type
Type of the product e.g. Bond, Debt security,...
EWpG
Select yes if the product is a crypto security under the eWpG
Publication restricted
Select whether the product's issuance document should be published on the Cashlink Website. Please note, that this can only be set to True if the product is only offered to a limited amount of investors
ISIN
ISIN of the product
Network
On which DLT network should the product be created
Asset code
Should be set to a unique human-readable string to identify the crypto security on the DLT network and is third-party wallet software. Must be alphanumeric and shorter than 12 characters
Calculation factor
The relation between one token and one asset. If there is no underlying real world asset, set this value to 1
Lock-in-time
Date, until which investors can not transfer tokens to another investor
Backup wallet address
Enter the wallet address with which you will have access to issuer authority rights on the smart contract. If "eWpG" is set to "Yes" the wallet address is provided by Cashlink
Provide nominal value
Set this value to "Yes" if a nominal value for the product is defined in the issuance document
Nominal value
The nominal value per unit as stated in the issuance document. If "Provide nominal value" is false, this field is disabled
Issuance price
The price per unit at the date of issuance (mandatory if no nominal value is given, else this field is optional)
Agio
Additional charge for investments on the primary market (in %)
Investment step size
Investments on the primary market are only possible in an integer multiple of the step size value. E.g. if step_size
is 5, investments can only be made for 5, 10, 15, ...
Max number of units to sell
The maximum number of units for sale as stated in the issuance document
Investment payment deadline
Number of days that investors have time to pay the investment amount on the primary market
Investment cancellation deadline
Number of days that investors have time to cancel the investment on the primary market
Issuance document
Document describing the terms of the product



After submission, the detailed view of the product can be entered and you can edit the product.

Clicking on "Edit" lets you change the product information. Once you've finished the product setup, click on "Send for validation". Cashlink will then validate the product details and check whether they match the issuance document.
If the product is rejected a mail is sent out to you, providing you with information why. In that case you can edit the product and submit it again.
If the product is accepted, you can proceed with the creation of a listing on a distribution platform.
