Cashlink Connect Core provides you with a safe way to issue crypto securities and distribute your assets via connected distribution platforms such as crowdfunding platforms, independent asset managers and brokers.
Assets you can bring in the network can include bonds, structured products, participation rights, investments funds and company shares.
In order to start creating your first products and distribute them in via distribution partners, you´ll need to become a Trusted Core Partner. The partner management team at Cashlink will help you with the onboarding.
Cashlink provides an easy API-based access. Creating crypto securities for the distribution network is a two-step process with a shared responsibility between you as the issuer partner and Cashlink as the registry for the asset:
You are responsible for structuring the product
Cashlink is responsible for tokenization and managing the registry on the DLT network
After you've decided on at least one distribution platform that will list your products, we'll provide you with all the needed details in order for you to create the digital and crypto securities.
In a next step, we will provide you with credentials for the Issuer API. They include the following:
Client ID
Client secret
As an issuer, Cashlink provides you with information about available distribution platforms. After you have set up an agreement with a distribution platform, Cashlink will put this distribution platform on a for you to distribute your products on this platform.
The next step would be to create at least on entity. Here you will need some legal documents like the commercial register statement and the list of shareholders of the issuer.
With your recently created issuer you can now create one or more products. means, that all information relevant for the distribution platform is provided and the smart contract is deployed. The smart contract represents the product on a given DLT network.
After the product is created you can now on a distribution platform. After this you must for this distribution platform with information like price of the product and amount of units that should be available for distribution on this platform.
