Cashlink Connect provides access to a wide variety of crypto securities from issuers inside the network.
Integrate these assets into your investment platform and offer your customers new investment opportunities.
Assets in the network include bonds and participation rights form sectors like real-estate, renewables, art and infrastructure.
In order to start offering crypto securities from the network to your investors, you'll need to become a Trusted Distribution Partner. The partner management team at Cashlink will help you with the onboarding.
Please note, that you need a investment platform with a German license to broker securities in order to become a Trusted Distribution Partner.
Cashlink provides an easy API-based access to sell crypto securities in the network. Selling your own digital securities or crypto securities or crypto securities from other issuers is a process with a shared responsibility between you as the distribution partner and Cashlink as the registry for the asset:
You are responsible for the brokerage process of the asset, e.g. MiFiD compliance
Cashlink is responsible for managing the registry on the DLT network
After you've been onboarded as as Trusted Distribution Partner, you will receive credentials to the Distributor API.
To be able to sell a product to your investors, you need a valid agreement with the issuer agreeing on the allocation you can distribute out of the product's total supply. The partner management team at Cashlink will help you with setting up these cooperations.
Via the Distributor API, you can retrieve all details of the products that have been made available to you.
You as a distributor are responsible to gather investor data such as residence address, tax identification number and KYC information. You are also responsible for setting up the payment mechanism together with the issuer. You can use SEPA transfers or a payment provider of your choice.
The custody solution is also within your responsibilities. You can either choose the managed custody solution we offer together with Tangany or bring your own custody solution to provide us an ERC-20 compatible wallet address.
To register an investment of investors, you need to provide us data about those investors, their investments and the wallet solution. The payment of the transaction is performed outside of the Cashlink Distribution API. You will simply inform Cashlink about a completed payment.
You will be responsible for the lifecycle management of all investor related data, especially for providing investors with registry statements.
Product lifecycle events are managed by the issuer. Those events include, besides others, payouts and tax handling. You will be informed about those events via the Distributor API
You are further responsible to inform investors about redemptions.
