Throughout the signing process, investors and issuers receive email notifications informing them about the next steps to finish the investment process.

Investor | Email confirmation | After the user has entered their details to create an account, the user is asked to confirm their email address via email. |
Investor | Email changed | After users have changed their email address in their account settings, they receive an email to confirm the email address. |
Investor | Reset password | If users request a new password, they receive an email with instructions. |

Investor | KYC successful | The identity verification was successful and the investment offer is ready to be accepted by the issuer. |

Investor | Payment | A reminder is sent to investors to transfer the investment amount to the issuer's bank account. The email is sent 7, 14 and 21 days after the investor has reached this step. |
Investor | Wallet | A reminder is sent to investors to finish setting up their wallet, to which the tokens will be transferred to by the issuer. This email is sent 1, 3, 7 and 14 days after the investor has reached this step. |
