After an you can start the product creation process.
Head to the "Products"-tab in the Cashlink Studio and click on the "Add product"-button.
A modal appears telling you which information will be needed.
Once you have all of the information at hand, start the process by clicking on "Start product creation"
The following data needs to be entered:
issuerI
Select the issuer of the product
Product name
Name of the product
Product type
Type of the product e.g. Bond, Debt security,...
EWpG
Select yes if the product is a crypto security under the eWpG
ISIN
ISIN of the product (If eWpG = "No", optional)
Network
On which blockchain should the product be created (default is polygon-mainnet for production and polygon-amoy for testing)
Asset code
10-digit alphanumerical identifier to better differentiate products on-chain
Calculation factor
How many tokens should represent one asset unit (usually "1")
Backup wallet address
For eWpG-products not necessary, for digital securities either ask the issuer or Cashlink to provide a wallet address
Lock-in-time (optional)
Date, until which investors can not transfer tokens to another investor
Nominal amount
How much currency is one token worth
Agio
Additional charge for investors (in %)
Investment step size
For example, if you want to sell only "packages" of 100 tokens, enter 100.
Max number of units to sell
Max number of tokens
Investment payment deadline
How many days does a investor have time to pay the investment
Investment cancellation deadline
How many days does a investor have time to cancel the investment
Issuance document
Document describing the terms of the product
If all data is correctly entered, the next steps depends on the product type:
After submission, the detailed view of the product can be entered and you can "Send for validation"
After submission the smart contract will be automatically created
Cashlink will check whether the product is eWpG-compliant
After a waiting time of roughly 15 minutes a platform listing can be created (see below)
If the product is rejected a mail is sent out to you, providing you with information why. In that case you can edit the product and resubmit
If the product is accepted, you can proceed with the creation of a platform listing (see below)
Editing the crypto security:
Before you send a crypto security (eWpG product) to be validated by cashlink, or after the product was rejected, you are able to check the provided information and even edit the data.
Clicking on "Edit" lets you change all off the product information except for the product name, whether the product is eWpG or not and the backup wallet.
Creation of a distribution platform listing:
After a product is created you can start distributing it on one of our platforms. To be able to start the distribution on a platform you need to create a distribution platform listing.
For this look into the detailed product view and click "Select distribution platform"
Here you can choose all of the distribution platforms available to you and select which ones are allowed to see and distribute the product.
After selecting distribution platforms these platforms are able to see the product and create campaigns.
