The account setup document is a combination of your platform's terms and conditions (T&C) and the T&C of your license shield partner. This document needs to be acknowledged and agreed by your investors each time they make a new investment offer and will be updated in our configurations every time changes are made to either of them.‌

Your terms and conditions need to be acknowledged and agreed by your investors before they make an investment offer.‌

The T&C must be on an existing website URL that is hosted externally from your signing platform.‌

In case you decide to choose our SafeKeeping app as integrated custody solution, the content of your privacy policy needs to be ready and finalized, otherwise we cannot start your onboarding process.

Platform FAQs

Investors can look up your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) in their investor dashboard after they created an account . We prefer to receive them in a PDF file, Word document or Markdown text.‌

Please be aware that we do not translate the FAQs for you and will integrate them in the language you will deliver it to us.‌
