Step 1: Import the latest version of the Product Sheet

1) Go to your Overview tab in your Client Project Sheet

• Click on Product Sheet (FB) - Template

• Click on the title to open

2) Download the current Product Sheet (FB) Template version

• Click File -> Download -> Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) -> Save

3a) For Google // Import into your Client Project Sheet

• Go back to your Client Project Sheet and click File -> Import

• Click Upload -> Select a file from your device

• Select Product Sheet (FB) Template file -> Open

• Select Insert new sheet(s) as the Import location

• Click Import data

3b) For Office // Upload into your Issuance/Product-Folder

Due to conditional formatting issues when copy+pasting Excel worksheets from Google, please upload your individual Product Sheets within your Issuance/Product Folders

• Select your Onedrive folder Issuances-Products-Form B (FBs)

• Select the current Product Folder

• Click on Upload -> File

• Click on the Product Sheet (FB) Template file -> Open

4) Rename the Product Sheet Name

Google

• Right-click on the current name (TEMPLATE - Product Sheet - FB STAND DDMMYY) -> Rename - Change accordingly: #PROJECT_NUMBER-PROJECT_NAME FB

Office

• Click on the current name (TEMPLATE - Product Sheet - FB STAND DDMMYY) -> Change accordingly: #PROJECT_NUMBER-PROJECT_NAME FB
