Contact Data

We require the following contact information, which are mandatory to provide:

• Admin email address (if investments are updated, canceled or there is any activity that requires your attention, you will be notified via email)

• Postal address

• Technical support access email address (for 2nd level support, where you can raise customer requests and bugs through our ServiceDesk - can be the same email address as the admin email or any other email addresses)

Email setup

We take care of the content of the emails sent, however we like to offer you the possibility to customize it to some extent.

From and reply-to email addresses

For any emails sent, we will send them through the platform domain address. However, we cannot handle incoming emails and therefore recommend a no-reply email address for incoming emails and require an additional reply-to email address for outgoing emails. This is usually the support email address, that you provide during the contact data step.

Email footer

Main email footer

You can customize the email footer to your preference. We recommend using our default email footer and replace the content with your company information. Otherwise, you can send your desired format as .html file.

Unsubscribe

The last line of your email footer informs your investors that they can unsubscribe from any email communication by writing an email to the support email address that you provide during the contact data step.
